Mezzanine Finance
For development projects requiring a mezzanine or junior debt tranche to complete and/or optimise their capital stack, we utilise our panel of opportunistic credit funds, family office and selected HNW investors to infill the capital between senior debt finance and equity investment.
Equity Investment
On a selected basis for UK & international projects, we source preferred, LP (limited partner), and occasionally Co-GP (general partner) equity investment, which is typically allocated from partnering family office and HNW investors, or opportunistic private equity funds.
